1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below.
Please make sure to read them carefully before proceeding
2. Payment
Before we start the project, you’ll need to make a 70% down payment based on the total commission price!
For payments, I accept:
BNI
Gopay
Dana
Paypal (for international transactions)
I’ll inform and confirm the final price before you make any payment.
Once the project is completed and approved, you can simply settle the remaining 30%!
By making a payment, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. Thanks a bunch!
3. Delivery
The final files will be sent in a ZIP via Mega or Google Drive after the remaining 30% payment is completed
4. Revision
Minor revisions are free!
Major revisions (such as changing the concept, character, or colors in all scenes) will incur a fee of 450K IDR per revision.
6. Cancellation
If the project has already entered the execution stage, refunds or cancellations are not allowed.
Refunds or cancellations can only be made if the project has not started or is still in the queue.
